What we collect when you book

To schedule a TV mounting visit, the online booking form asks for your name, phone number, email, service address or ZIP code, TV size and wall details, and a payment card that is only charged after the work is done. We use that information to perform and confirm the job, send appointment reminders, and follow up about the install. We do not sell it.

Tools that run on this site

• Booking widget. The form on /book is provided by our scheduling and customer-management provider (served from handy-andy-booking.vercel.app). Your booking details are stored in that system so we can run the job.
• Payments. Card details are entered into and processed by Stripe; we never see or store the full card number.
• Website analytics. A lightweight script from our customer-management provider (sites-backend-tau.vercel.app) and Vercel Analytics record page views, referring pages, and rough device and location data so we can see which pages lead to bookings. Neither is used to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

The site itself sets no marketing cookies. The booking widget may use first-party storage to keep your place in the form while you fill it out.
